Started by Jo Ann Armenta from the Trinidad Aguirre-Armenta Foundation for the Arts (TAAFA) in 2025, Latinas to the 4th Power is focused on connecting Latina leaders from various sectors across Kane County in Illinois to network, laugh, learn, inspire one another and most importantly, be recognized for their many community contributions and achievements.

Our motto is: Latina x Leaders x Learning x Luncheons = Unstoppable!
